Article- First draft
First draft of the article:

As you can see I have placed the title of the article on there, I have chosen a font that is the same as used in the film. This is so the article is recognisable and people notice immediately what film the article will be about.
I have then added a tagline underneath the title, this is to give the reader a slight insight to the film that is being reviewed.
I then added some speech boxes, in here i will put the quotes from film magazines of their oppinion of the film. This allows the reader to instantly and easily the views of other peoples and will encourage them to read the article.

Poster ideas
We want the poster to look dark and thriller like. We think to do this we need one main, big picture with the information added on to it.
Here are the posters we found which are similar to what we want to create and what we will use to help create ours:

Like I said before, with wanting a big picture with very little writing. This means the picture is used to explain most of what the film is about and to sell the film.
The poster is dark with very little colour, this gives a sense of darkness and mystery which is what we want to create with our poster.
The posters main colours are black and white which make the film appear dark and those two colours are often associated with thriller films.

This poster is quite simple, it has two different pictures with the information separating them. The blurred images in the background give a sense of action and excitement.

music thoughts
The music we want for our film must be something that adds some tension, sounds scary and sets the mood of scenes, which in our case needs to be mystery.
We listened through mny different types and sounds and found two tracks that we feel fit our film well.
Here is what we have chosen:
This music will be used for the beginning, as we needed music to set the mood and show the audience that it's going to be thriller, this music suits this as it sounds mysterious and definitely sets the tone as being strange and slightly scary.
This is the music we will use for the car journey the characters have, it suits this scene as this is when the action begins and the music sounds action like, but at the same time also has a mysterious sound to it.

FILM- FIRST DRAFT
We posted the first draft on our blog so that we could show the progression of making our film.
Now what we need to add to the film is music, a couple more scenes that we feel need to be added and tidy up the scene changes.
